Pilot Use
- The platform is intended for approved athletes, parents, coaches, organization admins, and Invictus admins.
- Users should access only the athletes, teams, reports, and organization records assigned to them.
- Demo data should stay separate from real pilot data unless an organization explicitly approves presentation use.
Development Support
- Readiness, mission, report, and digital twin outputs are decision-support tools.
- Coaches, families, and athletes should use judgment and seek clinical guidance for injury, illness, mental health, hydration risk, or other safety concerns.
- Red, yellow, and green signals are not guarantees of performance, safety, recovery, or selection decisions.
Accounts And Communications
- Parents should see only linked-athlete summaries and parent-safe communications.
- Coaches and organization admins are responsible for using communication tools professionally and within approved team scope.
- Account, role, parent-link, export, correction, and deletion requests should go through the approved support process.
Final terms should define school data-sharing responsibilities, parent or guardian consent requirements, wearable consent, support ownership, and data access, correction, export, and deletion procedures.
